I purchased my Subaru at Chilsons although we live in MN. I happen to know one of the service techs and unfortunately needed to call him on Father's Day to long distance diagnose a problem that wouldn't allow me to take the car out of park. Not only did he manage to solve my problem from a state away, ON father's day, but he followed up with me to see if my local dealership had diagnosed the root issue.
