RecommendedAppointments are set up on line, we can drive right in when we get there. We were warmly greeted upon arrival and work began immediately on our vehicle. Their waiting room is very comfortable where we can enjoy beverages and an assortment of snacks. The attendant kept us updated on work being done. Their employees are very knowledgeable and thorough. It is a very positive atmosphere.
I enjoyed our buying experience at Chilson. No high pressure salespeople, just good conversation in a laid back and comfortable environment.
We looked for a couple months for a specific Ram pickup. We went to several local dealers, and were disappointed every time with misrepresented trucks. We finally found one at Chilson’s in Cadott. I was nervous to drive 200 miles and be disappointed again, but Ray represented the vehicle perfectly. He sent me pictures, and answered all my questions.
