The food was good and the waiter was a very nice young man!!!
The sign said they close at 10. We (party of 2) were turned away at 9:45. “We close at 10”. Seriously? Then lock your door at 9:00!!
There’s always some sort of issue when you visit this location. Last time it was the kitchen was running behind so we will make you wait for a table for 30 minutes before even seating you. Today it’s the fryers are down (almost your whole menu is fried food). Get it together

Stole my credit card. Don't like um Period . Everyone needs to be fired. They are thieves. Watch your bill they will overcharge you. Service sucks!
first off, the waitress/or waiter did not introduce themself's, seemed uninterested or had no drive to do there job. once our food was delivered we did not see our staff member, until we had to flag them down, to get our ticket and a refill. we visit chilis on a regular basis, this is far from the service we normally get. inattentive service, lack of care or responsibility. our waiter was too busy fraternizing with coworkers and some friends in a entirely different section.
I'd recommend eating here, but the Brisket Sucks. Dry as shoe leather, the smoke house deal comes with 3 very small bites of brisket and one other meat for $15.97. No smoke flavor at all.
