So why have I been on hold for over 20 mins waiting for someone to pick up your phone when you’re not even accepting dine in orders? This is ridiculous and there is absolutely no excuse for it!!! 👎🏻👎🏻👎🏻
We usually love your food and service but today our Togo order was terrible. We got there on time for pickup and waited another 20 minutes to be given our order. My husband said it looked pretty busy and so it seemed understandable until we started eating our dinner and everything was cold. It had to have been sitting for awhile. The chicken on my salad wasn’t edible, it was chewy and difficult to bite through. Your chicken is usually great. For starters upon ordering online stated option between curbside, to-go (carryout) or delivery. I chose to-go. When going to the location was told “I have to wait in my car and someone would come out”, odd as I didn’t order curbside as I wanted to be able to review my order properly before leaving. Also there was a guest that wasn’t even checked on at curbside pickup by the time I walked in and got told to go back to my car. RecommendedNever had a bad meal! They are doing an excellent job with their rewards and curb-side take-out. I got a fountain drink, side salad and shrimp fajitas for $10 + a build my own margarita for $7.50 + free dessert, all for under $20. I ordered for pick-up at 5pm and as soon as I parked they brought it out. These people are working so hard during our pandemic, please help them out by ordering curbside take-out! I will definitely be returning!
Recommended4/7/20 the chilis to go was perfect. Order was ready on time, correct, employee came out to get my name as soon as I pulled up. Good job!
Awful curbside service and rude as can be. Avoided me the whole hour I was waiting there
