I am a regular at Chili's, Montclair. Many of those who work there, even know me by name. ;) :) I have been to several Chili's locations, but there is a reason that I frequent that specific location. The staff/management there are the best! They always make me feel very welcomed, like I'm family. And most of them even remember what I typically like to order! :D Fun place, with great food, drinks, and service. And that's what going out to enjoy a great meal is all about!! <3
Food is good But don’t believe the app.... I can never “get in line” and when I get there, there is always a wait. 🙁
My phone was acting up and the hostess server and manager did all they could to get my discount. The food was delicious.
Short wait to get seated, got our appetizers and food promptly. Server was awesome and very attentive...probably because his name is also Ben. Overall we enjoyed it.
Great service and atmosphere, food came out fast and waitress kept checking in on us.

My bartender was Nicole with an assist from Andy who was going off duty. These two always make my experience great... They anticipate refills or my food order. I love the way they know everyone and take care of the guests....my favorite place to go!!!
16 people in our party celebrating a 21st birthday. I called about an hour before and gave the manager a heads up since they don't take reservations. We waited about 20 minutes to be seated. Eric was our server. He did a great job! He took our orders, promptly served appetizers. Food served within 15 minutes. We had split checks and he made no complaint. He checked on his frequently. We'll definitely be back!! Thank you Eric!!!
