Ribeye steak was delish!, loaded mashed potatoes was great as well I highly recommend going here.

Chili's was my favorite restaurant until last night. I ordered a cup of loaded potato soup which was great. I also got a Quesadilla Explosion Salad. It was so boring. It had lots of tomato chunks, corn & beans. I took more than half of it home cause it just didn't taste very good. I sifted through it at home and realized it had no grilled chicken chunks in it. That's what was missing! I'm sure the menu listed grilled chicken in it. I'll never order one again, IF I go back.

Went to Chili's last night, I was very displeased with my visit and won't ever go back. This is the third time I have given them a chance in the last year. My quesadilla look liked it was deep fried (ew) then they were going to make me another one but I told my waitress that I just wanted it taken off my bill I didn't want to wait and be the last one eating. Just purchased a $50 gift card to get the $10 back. I intended using the gift card same day as I have at other restaurants but was told after purchasing it and eating that I couldn't. You have to wait next day. That isn't the part that upset me. The fact that the manager Joe was rude, short and walked away rolling his eyes and shaking his head really upset me. If you can't be professional and handle complaints you really should not be in management, especially in the food and beverage industry.
