Went in two nights ago we had an awesome server this time, the last time we were there the service was terrible we said we weren't going to return but friends talked us into returning. I'm glad they did are server Laurie was the best server we have had there. We will return. The prime rib fajitas are great glad we tried them.
Kinda slow but was 1st time so..... Not gone judge by this 1 particular trip. I'll try again 1 day & See wut happens.
Love the food but really feel at home as the entire staff make you feel like family. Welcoming families to first dates, and even that special "date night" couple. The best!
This was the worst Chilis experience I've had. Greasy carnitas and ground beef tacos. Chips overly salty - rice no flavor!! The kitchen staff needs some retraining and it starts with the management. I have been a huge fan of this chain for years- so disappointing!!
Wonderful service! Clare was AMAZING - knowledgeable of the menu and made great suggestions! She was an absolute delight.
Went for lunch they seated us at a table that was small we asked to be moved and they accommodated us. As soon as we sat down the tables seemed dirty, well actually the whole restaurant seemed dirty. We chose to stay, even though later we wished we would have chosen to go. The appetizers, fried pickles and onion rings were not fried well and very greasy. The entrees were not much better. Keep going, our food came out horrible and listening to the tables around us everyone complaining about their food also.
The only real complaint I have being from out of state, there is really nothing free. I do understand its corporate policy not the restaurant. Many restaurants in the area offer free chips and salsa, peanuts , bread and drink specials. They do offer something for free with an entree. But if you only want drinks and appetizers you can forget it. Thursday is really the only happy hour to speak of. Where I live all the restaurants and bars have happy hours, ladies nights all kinds of drink and food specials all the time.
