I have been calling Chilis about a order I picked up since yesterday and still can’t get an answer and this is ridiculous because my car is down and I can’t just drive back up there. I ordered a country fried steak and an Frose alcoholic beverage. My drink was not even what I ordered and the gravy on my steak tasted like flour. Hiring friendly people with good customer service the host was very rude.
The service the food was great the drink also delicious
We arrived at 6:45p tonight. We left at 8:00p without even receiving water. I get it, operating at 50% capacity is tough on a Friday night.. but this was really a terrible experience. I never even saw a server check on any of the tables that were seated.
Good service and the phone is always good
I call to place an order online for curbside pick up. When I called to see if the order was ready I waited on hold for 15 minutes when someone did answer they were rude and then hung up the phone in my face. When I return the call I asked for the manager and was told I was speaking to her the manager was rude or than the first person I had online I spent over $40 for my food to receive the worst customer service that I have ever encountered. This is a poor Chili’s and I would not recommend it to anyone

this is my second time going to Chili's since the pandemic now I don't know if it's just me but good health is really hard to find in the servers at Chili's on Wheatland is horrible and I do not recommend this to anyone The manager is sorry The waiters are lazy they never once came to ask us if you wanted to refill on my drinks the tables was dirty I watched our server serve everybody asked everyone else around us if they needed anything else but he did not come to my table not one time but to take my order and my food was c... read more
