Will never go to this chili's ever service is poor staff was arguing and cussing so loud in the back, the free chips an salsa came out with the food and it took them a whole hour to bring food out. When they did it was cold we asked for condiments for our food that took another 10 min we asked for to go boxes cause we couldn't even enjoy a hot meal that was another 20 min no refills on coffee or fouatian drinks just poor service all the way around. Service sucked. Had to wait 20 min on someone to greet us and we didnt get a name or anything. Whoever was our server didn't come back to check on us. Had to ask someone else to get drink refills. Food was good except my husband didnt get his double order of fries and I didnt get my garlic bread with my pasta. We just paid and left. Won't be returning to that location again.
Well I order something and was told later it wasn’t available and I was offered a refill and never received it � but the young lady was nice and friendly �
Food was horrible as was the service....we waited 20mins for drinks....appetizers took 45mins food took an additional 1hr....once we were able to eat the food was overly salted and steak was over cooked....only given 5 napkins...and my receipt was incorrect 3times! NEVER GOING BACK!!!!!!
Service was good however the food was not as good as our previous visits. We went close to closing time (10pm ).
The service was slow, the food was nasty and salty. We had to keep asking for everything water, napkins, food etc. The server kept passing by us and always forgot to bring us what we asked for. And they wasn't even crowded. This location needs another manager and a whole new staff. Or be closed down.
