I ordered the 6oz steak and my husband ordered the 6oz steak and ribs combo, My steak was supposed to be cooked Med. well it came out burnt on one side and super well done. My husband’s steak came out as rare and was supposed to be med. I decided to send my steak back to the back the waiter took my whole plate and not just the steak so I was left with no food while my whole family ate. This place is horrible... We get told there's an available seat in the bar... So we take it... Big mistake.... We sit down 30 mins later we get asked by someone if we need something to drink... By a very rude waitress... Once we get our tea we go ahead and order.... 45 mins later we get our appetizer!!! Service freaking sux #fixyourshit
This place is aweful with customer service and the staff are unprofessional food is bad and over priced.
Worst Chilli's i have ever been too. They need a new staff starting with the cooks and the manager Billy. Never coming back to this location there for i will not be recommending it either. I had to give it a 1 star but its not even a star.
It is really to bad that Chili's has gone so far down. I am sure they are having the same employ issues we all are having, but the last time there were 3-4 kids (employees) "hangin' out" and visiting at the reception area while tables needed bussing 10' away. Today we tried it again for carry-out. 5 min before an employee made eye contact or acknowledged our existence. Food quality was fair and they included NO silverware or napkins. This is the 3rd time I have told myself that I do not have to go there. Too bad.
★☆☆☆☆ After a 3 hr wait for seating and food which never came, the manager was an argent fool, he refused to give us anything off our meal because he said I got rude with him, but who wouldn't after a 3 hr wait. The only reason I am giving them one star is there is no zero star choice. , worst chili's in Texas
After being treated terribly at another place our group was scrambling to find a new place to eat! We were a group of ten parents to special needs children .. We get one night a month of respite care and wanted to spend it together. I called Chili's in Odessa at 6:45 and we were seated and eating by 8:00 on a Friday night! We had one person have to wait on her meal but that was it!!! Our waiter was amAzing and so gracious !! Thank you Chilis for working so hard to accommodate us and give us a great night out ! SHARE group B!
This is the worst Chili's experience I have ever had, it seems like nobody cares here.
Horrible food, horrible service. A disgrace to the Chili's franchise.
