I am done going here, this has got to be the worst Chilis ever. Tonight was the final straw, we go in and two other couples were waiting to be seated and they told all of us there would be a 15-20 minute wait and they had several open tables. I asked to see a manager and the host came back and seated the other 2 couples immediately and manager didn't come out. We left and went to Cheddars. Sorry but you lost us as customers permanently and I will forward this on to corporate as well.
The only excellent thing was having my family thre and well our server Sebastian. He was very friendly and did all he could for us when our food came out wrong and under cooked. He even paid attention to my kids my one year even it was great he made our dinning there worth while and apologized I don't how many times about our food. Didn't even get to talk to a manager and tried calling and was on hold forever so hung up and tried again and no one would pick up the phone. Service was excellent food was tasty. I would defenatly return
I'll never be back. Worst anniversary dinner the wife and I have had. First it took 2 hours to eat due to terrible Service. I didn't get what I ordered. What I did get was horrible. All I could taste was salt. Waitress was rude and all she did was stand in the back talking to other workers. She only had 2 tables to wait on. Very sad I spent 90 bucks and didn't get full.
Sat down at our table and waited for 20 mins for the server to get our drink order. Then we decided to get the food to go and when we got home to eat, my smothered fajita order was missing the tortilla and it also didn't have the queso on it like it was supposed to. It was a VERY small portion at that. My husbands chicken crisper were very tough. Our over all experience was horrible. For the amount of money we spent we expected better food!
Ribs and sliders were awesome.....mixed drinks were ..also...off the chain....Service...was pretty good too...enjoyed it
I love fried pickles but the ones we got yesterday were awful. They were extra thick pickles and the batter wouldn't even stay on. The cheeseburger w/fries and bacon cheeseburger w/fries was awesome. The service was great.
We just went to Chili's and got up and left due to not being waited on for 20 minutes after being seated. That does not include the 15 minute wait to be seated which at dinner time was okay. The waitress in our section had one big table and one table with a couple and their baby. After 10 minutes of being ignored my wife went up to the hostess and told her the waitress has walked by numerous times without even a hint of serving us. She said I'll check on it. My son and I eat there a few times a month and honestly my service was horrible. The food was cold and it took forever to get it. If this wasn't my sons favorite place to eat we wouldn't go there anymore.
