Absolutely the worst Chili's I have ever had the misfortune to visit. Jackie the hostess was extremely rude. Daniel Burcham the general manager did nothing to resolve the poorly prepared food. He did say he would "take care of it" and that was a LIE. I had to pay for a worthless meal that was fed to the dog. The wait was over twice what we were told. So we called in an Oder we had done online prior to going to make sure the online matches the pick up. Got there and the VERY sweet lady double checked on her computer that everything was right. It was. Waited an additional 20 minutes after pick up time. Got home. My husbands smothered prime rib burrito was plain and when he cut in literally two pieces of meat. Slow service - even though the restaurant was not "packed" & we were the only "new" table seated in an area of 10 tables (only half occupied,) being serviced by 2 waiters. We waited for almost 10 minutes for a waiter to even acknowledge us..... Another 10 minutes to have 3 teas brought out. Now it's been an hour and 2 med-well steaks and 1 burger are still nowhere in sight! :( Although our waiter has a pleasant demeanor.... Waiting over an hour is ridiculous!!!!

This chilis is a damn joke. Our waitress was very rude and hateful! She messed up my order twice and took forever to bring my mother something she asked for had to ask another waiter if he could get it for us. She cussed at my girlfriend and was smirking and laughing and they charged my card with it being authorized and needless to say we will never go there again! Oh and our waitresses name was Erika.
