Something happened in Ames where all the therapists quit. Well a lot of them. I think new ownership. Also being that it's a place for special needs kids they have one heck of a attendance policy and that includes tardiness. If anyone should be understanding on why you're late it should be them. however, it is quite the opposite. Be prepared to sign something.
Sounds like they are pretty good and recommended if you can get them to respond to you. I've called three times and keep getting told to leave a message for the person who isn't in office that day and they never once have returned my call. This is probably the 10th person/group I have reached out to to try to get my child help and assessed in person and not a single one of them has been able to help or able to give me a referral that has responded to me.
