This was a very rough day for us. Our son has never been through this before so our nerves were running high. We did pray for the LORD to place amazing staff into the room of our son’s procedure and he did just that. The staff were SO friendly and kind and even better than I could imagined. Every… single… one. The last nurse we had with us after surgery her name was Karen. And she was so sweet and calmed my nerves with the few minor issues we had with Caleb after surgery. Other than the wait from check in to actually going back for surgery everything and everyone was very pleasant and kind. We had a very positive experience with everyone there!
Our Daughter had surgery on Friday September 13th miss Jama was amazing with her in recovery. The nurses prior surgery was great as well but I didn’t catch their names. Our daughter isn’t the one to take up with a nurse but she took right up with miss Jama. Thank you from the bottom of our hearts Jama.
Our experience with the staff and facilities were great until our interaction with one Debra Hurley. It’s my understanding that she is some sort of manager but her attitude has ruined the rest of the experience. We have 1 child having surgery preformed and the other being disrespected and disregarded by the above listed lady. Everyone else was and is exceptional, professional, curtious but one bad apple will ruin the bunch
