Absolute trash front office. You can’t make an appointment and they won’t return your calls and God forbid you have an emergency. You can’t get a hold of anybody. Do not waste your time.

Hi, reading the reviews are sad. My son needed surgery and Dr. Labbie and his staff never gave me a problem. He is an older doctor very experienced, the best and great recommendations that was given to me from other doctors. Parents have patience. Try to hold your peace and I am sure his staff will do their very best to assist you. Peace! A hypospadias parent.

Before hanging up make sure your appointment is confirmed. I drove 40mins for them to tell me my son was added but he has no appointment to see the doctor. I came with all documents and there wasnt another appointment until the next 3 days. If it wasnt for them being the closet location in my insurance i would say Forget them!!! I am beyond livid with there slow computers and excuses. I had to request off for that day. My advice is go somewhere else unless it's your only option.

I hate this practice. They never answer calls and don't even expect them to call you back because they never do. They don't care about the patients. I had to finish my 5 month old son's antibiotic cycle because they never answered me or the pharmacy for refills. Can you believe that? Do yourself a favor and don't come to this office. Dr. Labbie is a knowledgeable doctor but his staff is horrible.
