Used to be a great place to take my kids but not anymore.

Thankful for the option and care of Children’s Smile Center. Even during quarantine, when an emergency arose, they were able to help my nephew who broke his front tooth. They were professional and kind. Thankful to have this option here in Christian county!
Three years ago I was desperate to find a dentist for my 6 year old son. He had some issues that created quite a bit of anxiety about medical/dental procedures. I bit the bullet and called The Smile Center not knowing what to expect. Carrie at the front desk put me at ease as I scheduled the appt. When the appt day came, I was more nervous than my son, but from the minute we walked in, we were treated with respect. They are the WORST. I took my son here since he was 6 months old. He had a deformed tooth that kept breaking down worse every 6 months and they told me it was “just a stain” They refused to do an X-ray, my son is autistic and because he was screaming they didn’t want to even clean his teeth!!! I took him to The Smile Spot (10/10 recommend) and that “stain” was a deformed tooth that had malnutrition that needed to be treated WAY before, thankfully he caught it before it completely broke down and he would have lost his tooth! ... read more
I've taken my daughter to Children's Smile Center for over 11yrs. She has never had any dental issues that were more than a quick fix because they have been so attentive. She goes EVERY 6 months and they are just wonderful with her.
I will never take my children back to Children's Smile Center. I would rather go to a dentist I can trust and pay out of pocket for treatment. This facility has a policy in place that they only decided to enforce today. They refused to let me go back with my child when I have been back with her literally every other time she has been seen in this office. I am sorry but I will not let someone touch my child when I am not present let alone use any needles or other dental tools.
We absolutely love Children’s Smile Center. Staff is wonderful with kiddos. HIGHLY recommend
They were awesome! Special thanks to Carrie for helping us make the appointment and to Paula for being sooo patient with my older kid! He was scared to death to go in and when we left he told me "I like this dentist!" Really appreciated the staff paying attention to specific concerns and giving my son as much control as possible over his treatment to lessen his anxiety! Thank you!
