Child needed prescription change and I’m working on day three now with no contact back from anyone. I have had my phone all day each day, checking emails, patient portal- nothing yet. Called multiple times left voicemail and messages. I contacted Pharmacy they sent in a prescription NOT NEEDED & is an optional component. Supplies are not cheap as is. Come in here educated to the teeth and bring a snack because you'll be sitting all day. Multiple appointments have all been the same. Doctors debate you over providing care and have a huge bias towards inaction. They don't want to order labs, they don't want to take measurements, and most of all they do not want to read past medical history or charts. Be prepared to state your child's case and defend it. This place is a joke my child never been sick A1c level is low but the still sends DHRout not only that every doctor visit is more Then 5 hours looking for a new center they all need to be fired

One year ago my then 17 year old was telling me he had symptoms of diabetes. I wasn’t too convinced but I tested his blood sugar (I am diabetic and used to testing myself). His sugar was too high. We called his pediatrician who tested his blood sugar and sent us to Children’s Hospital emergency room. Noah spent several days there. They didn’t just prescribe him insulin, they taught us how to manage it. I thought I was knowledgeable but I learned so much more. Since Ava has retired this place is a circus now. My child been a diabetic for MANY years never been hospitalized or anything and they will not write a school excuse because I didn't contact office on days my child was out of school! Why call for y'all to TELL ME THE SAME THING AS Y'ALL DID BACK IN JULY!!!! I WILL BE LOOKING FOR A NEW DOCTOR AFTER 9 YEARS OF BE WITH CHILDREN'S JUST SAD!!!!
