The front desk ladies at this clinic were amazing today, we accidentally arrived on the wrong day for our appointment and they made sure to squeeze in our baby girl. Our doctor even came back to the clinic when it was time for him to leave. Amazing customer service that is so rare to find these days! We are very, very pleased. This is the kind of positivity kids coming to see a hematologist/oncologist need. Please give them a raise!
I don’t feel like they did all they could do to save my son’s life when he relapsed. We were treated horribly.
I am very very disappointed with what's going on with doctors these days!! I know Children's is an amazing hospital for children but since hearing what a hematology oncology doctor told my grandsons pediatrician after the second referral she sent with him not being seen in almost three months; his words to pediatrician...
