Cancelled my child's appointment while standing at the desk arrived 20 minutes earlier. For them to tell me that my child appointment was at 840 when the appointment was scheduled at 930 over the phone.
It is hard to get an appointment in a timely manner unless it is an emergency. However, his appointments are thorough and timely. Our first appointment was longer than 2 hours. We drive three hours to see him, and it's worth it. He listens. He has resources and ideas that are helpful. I highly recommend his practice. Jackie is an amazing member of the team. We really like her too!
