We came today for some testing and went to the Referred Testing Registration counter and was just trying to check in but the lady on right was very rude, sarcastic and seemed like she was trying to be argumentative. She should not be working as a front person to greet people as she did not make it a pleasant experience. I looked for her name but her badge did not show a name.
