The care and attention that my daughter received at Children's Mercy was so awesome. I have tried for quite some time to get to the bottom of her abdominal pain with no results. The Dr's were very kind, interested and checked her out completely. Even though we do not as of yet have a definitive answer, they found some new issues in her abdomen with free air. I was able to go to sleep last night for the first time in a very long time knowing help was just around the corner for my daughter.
My son is one & they told us it was going yo be a fivr hour wait to be seen went to research they seen him right away did test then rushed him back to Children's Mercy Hospital in the ambulance when we got there it took over 2 hours to do X-rays and after x-rays it took over four and a half hours for the doctor to come in and talk to me and my son's mother about what was going on with him then said he had an upper respiratory infection never addressed the issue of the large lump that was on his chest never addressed the issu... read more
Very thankful for CMH. They have provided excellent care for my daughter and for us parents also. From the PICU to the oncology team, radiology, cardiology, our social worker, and everyone on 4-Henson, we have been blessed.
The most professional and caring Staff, expert physicians, and best facilities for kids I've ever seen. This is the second time I've dealt with CMH and I have been impressed in every way. Except for the whole "only diet soda" deal. What gives? Pretty minor, though.
I so � this hospital. My daughter just had surgery on 1/11/17 and everyone involved were just wonderful. Everyone was so nice and made my daughter feel safe and at ease.
