My grandson started in hematology for a transfusion. We had very little wait time. The nurses were friendly and very skilled. His IV was started without any difficulty. He was then taken to surgery. Everything was thoroughly explained to us prior to surgery and after surgery. When the surgery waiting room closed, we were taken to the Ronald McDonald Room. It is a very child friendly hospital and I always see the children smiling! Love it
My daughter has been a patient there since birth. She will be 14 soon.. A child could not of ask for better care. The Doctors are family and treat us as such. Great hospital for children. Even better for their families. The support and uplifting I have received from them is wonderful. My daughter instructs them.as.to how the exam is to be done. They oblige the best they can. Believe me that's a job well done.
The best docs, nurses and staff anywhere. So helpful and caring- by everyone, every time. Makes our 8 week visits alot less painful!
Brought our son through the ER this weekend... he was diagnosed, admitted and stayed overnight on 6 Hall .. every CMH representative from the desk staff and volunteers to the doctors were fantastic! Wonderful place - the way it's designed takes the scary out of hospitals as well. Keep up the great work!

Children's mercy is the best very kind and they listen to our concerns and they foucas on every little thing I love this place.
The staff was friendly. Listened to our wants and concerns. Was waiting for us when we arrived by ambulance. Was not there for the long excruciating time that one can usually expect at an ER. Received follow call next day. Great experience for our family.
