I think they were kind & caring toward my sick Grandson. I prefer their Dr & nurses over other places he has been.
Children's mercy has got to be the best hospital. I been here 3 days because of my son having asthma and pneumonia. I have not had a shower in 3 days , no change of clothes. Children's mercy bought me some clothes and everything else so i can take a shower. Not only do they give wonderful care for your children but they help out the parents...... Thank you children's mercy

Bad experience i wait so long my son have a serius cut and his hand and the make us wait for 3 hours
This was the first time we had been there my daughter was seeing the eye Dr. While waiting in the waiting room my youngest which is 6 decides to play with the toy they had. Well the security man kept yelling at her telling her stopping with the toy so hard. As a parent if there was anything my child was doing wrong she would've been corrected by me for sure but she was just playing with it like a normal child would. I told him he didn't have to b so rude and stop being so extra
This hospital was so wonderful with such bright colors and the staff were very friendly & helpful.
Nice friendly people always smiling and very helpful.and everything went very good beautiful place very clean
