Excellent hospital and great nurses! we had a wonderful experience!
Our grandson had eye surgery today and he got such excellent care at Children's Mercy I just had to write and express my gratitude to everyone at that great hospital. The security man was so nice and helpful with directions. The receptionists in several waiting areas were all so helpful and kind and always checking the arm bands of the parents. The nurses before and after surgery treated our grandson so kindly and spoke to him on his level. I was very impressed with this special hospital. I knew it was great from news report... read more
