Wendy and Shannon on 6 Hansan were SO wonderful! They made us feel like our daughter was their only patient. They listened, acknowledged our concerns, and quickly addressed them with the doctors. The volunteers were so helpful and spent time painting with our daughter! Dr. Riss was great at answering all of our questions. I never once felt like he was distracted with other things. My daughter had her tonsils and adenoids surgery yesterday! We are home already and she's doing great. The doctors were awesome and the OR nurse was dancing in the hallway with her before she went back! She was very comfortable and trusted them! The surgery observation floor was also amazing! Would recommend them to anyone. Not to mention their security was great to!
The PICU nurses were great. Sher, Jesse, and Mollie colored and signed a picture for Olivia while in PICU. Kathy in Suthland 4 was an awesome nurse made sure all of us were taken care of.
Thank u so so much to Dr Gatti and all his team and Dr Baker and her team and to all the nurses and radiology staff that helped with my son u guys are absolutely amazing my son was flown to Children's Mercy hospital at 3 weeks old coming from Springfield Missouri there was not much they could do for him but you gave us hope and he is here today because of all of you in June he will be four years old you have been his doctor from the time he was 3 weeks old and I would not trust the care of my child with anyone else from the ... read more
