Would have gotten 5 stars,but after 4 days of recovery and trying to comfortable we are on our last night and they come in our room at 1230 am and tell us we need to move to another room.typical treatment from several different places when u r on medicaid and are no longer of value to them
I usually like your services. However, I took my son there today for a piece of glass stuck in his head. Was given xrays & told there was NO glass in there & sure enough when I got home, I had to remove the piece of glass myself. That was not okay. He could have been seriously hurt if I did not double check. That was very poor on your part. & when we received our discharge papers the lady just said you can go. I love the care my daughter gets at this hospital the drs treat her like a person not just a case number they talk to her regarding her care as well as asking us our opinion about her care they have done everything I've expected & went beyond that
Why. Does it take 5 freaking hours for an m.r.i? ! Get your SHIT together! Why can't any of your staff know what's going on with their patients? SMFH
They are the best! Some of my worst life experiences were made ALOT better by the Amazing people here.
