My son had open heart surgery at Children’s Memorial Hermann Hospital. The entire staff went above and beyond to make a scary situation as smooth as possible. He received top notch care and support throughout his entire stay.
I've had horrible experiences in memorial Hermann hospitals. please don't bring your child here or any loved one to any of these hospitals.

The staff that my husband and I encountered on the 5th, 6th, and 7th floors ( Labor & Delivery and NICU) during my recent delivery of our baby were awesome! They took really good care of us, were super nice, and tended to all of our needs/ concerns. I love how we were able to still be very much involved in our son's care despite being in the NICU along with the doctors, surgeons, nurses, and all other staff we encountered. They were great!
