It was a last minute appointment at the end of the day, but we were treated as if we were there first thing in the morning. Very kind, very friendly. They made my grandson feel very comfortable. Thank you Childrens medicine.
It's a great place we love Dr Smart and the other doctors are good also..
Can't say enough good thing about the doctors and the nurses here. Way better than the one down the street overall. Highly recommended.
Staff is friendly and very helpful, but the wait is tremendous...even with an appointment. 40 (plus) minutes in the waiting room and 30 minutes once you get a room. Uggh! We have been patients for over 10 years...seems to get worse each visit.

At first I liked this place and staff. I needed the forms for two of my children for kindergarten registration, I called and placed the request. After what seemed like a while since I called, I decided to call back. I got someone on the phone and requested the forms through her, she asked when I called and I explained I couldn't remember. I have taken my children to Dr Soapes for over 17 years. She has been there for my family through many ups and downs and has always showed love and compassion. She has been a huge part of my children's up bringing in so many ways and for that I'm eternally grateful.
I had the worst experience with this practice!! I'm glad switch my girls from here !!
