Dr.Owens is absolutely the best, they take there time with there patients to ensure there needs are met, they have been my kids doctor for 10 years now. we love them
I absolutely love this doctors office!! My daughter usually has dr. Owens but we have seen others and I have alway received exceptional service from all providers and nursing staff!!! Will always recommend!!
terrible service makes you wait forever and they never answer the phone. staff isnt nice except for a couple doctors.
During such a scary time for parents and theirs kids I was beyond impressed and so thankful to see what an amazing job children’s medical was doing today when we brought in our 5 day old. All the safety precautions that were made, the cleaning of rooms and everyone there doing their due diligence to be sure patients were safe. We’ve been patients here for over 3 years- they always do great, but I wanted to recognize y’all during this time for all your hardworking staff! Thank you!
From my personal experience I can only say positive things about Dr. Lewis and his staff. They genuinely care about their patients and have always gone out of their way to make my family and I feel like we're part of their family. Great job guys. Keep up the great work.
Dr. Lewis is nice as can be. But this is THE worst run office I have ever had an experience with. It is obvious they do not care about their paitents, and are always doing the least amount of work possible. My children went without their medication for WEEKS on a number of occasions bc they dont check their patient portal, check voicemails, or return calls. We also had paperwork and prescriptions go missing on a number if occasions. DO NOT TRUST YOUR KIDS TO THIS OFFICE.
