Cut the long wait times. STOP "misplacing" patient paperwork
I like that they have separate waiting areas for sick children and children in for well visits. We took our newborn in for his first well visit, and it's nice that he didn't have to be exposed to the germs.
Toshia and Mrs. Beth and Dr. Lewis and everyone at Children's Medical Clinic of East Texas ROCK! THEY TRULY CARE! So many caretakers and doctors are so busy they don't get to know their patients by first name but Children's Medical Clinic of East Texas Providers and Medical Assistants do get to know you by first name. I wouldn't take my kids to any other place. 2 years going strong. I love this place!
Our doctor and medical assistant were awesome. They really made my boys feel comfortable and right at home. Thanks Toshia Pickle and Beth Ishmael for making us feel like family.
Dr. Lewis is super nice and takes the time to explain things to you.
