This place sucks last time taken my kids here
This place is a joke!! Do not take your babies here! I took my newborn here and the first visit we had we wanted 2 hours and i went and asked how much longer will it be and they hadn’t even checked us in! Then proceeded to wait another hour to be seen once in a room. my baby’s newborn screening came back abnormal at the hospital so she had to get another one done and was told the results would take 1-2 weeks. I never write bad reviews but I’ve had a TERRIBLE EXPERIENCE with DR OWENS. My baby had TORTICOLLIS and needs to see a physical therapist. Had to wait over a month for the referral to be completed and sent to PT. Then another 3 weeks for the paperwork to be signed for my baby to receive weekly services for PT and STILL WAITING FOR HER TO SIGN IT. Show up to our 10:30 first appointment( that's was made 2 week in advance) 30 minutes early was told the appointment was moved to overflow (meaning yall do this all the time) because I didn't confirmed the appointment, I asked how did yall try to comfirm the app. she said call or text pull out phone and my call log and message NOTHING not one call or text I went as far back to when I made the appointment.
