I never write bad reviews but I’ve had a TERRIBLE EXPERIENCE with DR OWENS. My baby had TORTICOLLIS and needs to see a physical therapist. Had to wait over a month for the referral to be completed and sent to PT. Then another 3 weeks for the paperwork to be signed for my baby to receive weekly services for PT and STILL WAITING FOR HER TO SIGN IT. Show up to our 10:30 first appointment( that's was made 2 week in advance) 30 minutes early was told the appointment was moved to overflow (meaning yall do this all the time) because I didn't confirmed the appointment, I asked how did yall try to comfirm the app. she said call or text pull out phone and my call log and message NOTHING not one call or text I went as far back to when I made the appointment. Amazing. Have taken my kids here since they were born, my oldest is 12 now. I also went here as a teen and liked going to here. I'm 3q now so it's been a minute but always recommend them to friends and family.
Always had a great experience.
Dr is great but trying to schedule a sick visit here is always a hassle. You can call within 5 mins of them opening and they're already full. Time to find a Dr office that can actually see sick kids.
