They didn't update my grandson's online shot records so now at the age of 8 he has to get his 4 yr old shots all over again!!!! Worst pediatrician EVER!!!! Oh excuse me you never see the pediatrician..... you ONLY see PA'S!!!!
There is a problem every time I come. Today I was told that my appointment had been cancelled.
My kids have been going for 17 years. And over those years the service has declined. I have seen so many nurse practitioners come and go and some many nurses come and go. I wish he would actually get a doctor instead of nurse practitioners. I wish there nurses would focus on there patients. It should never take y'all 3 days to call someone back. A parent should never be given the run around when trying to find out what's going on with things about there child.
