Dr. Lewis is amazing. He always takes his time and gives my children the utmost in care.
I love the staff. They are all very sweet people and great with my kids.
I have taken all 4 of my children to see Dr. Lewis for years...my daughter, Bella, has seen him since she was 3 months old and I would never think of taking her somewhere else...the staff and Dr's are always very friendly...I've never had a problem getting an appointment even if I have to wait until the after hours clinic...I love everyone there and I thank you all for the love and care you give my kids.
The best...for kids and calming parents down...Open 7 days a week.. Better then the emergency room..
Early Saturday morning and my son woke up very sick. CMC was full for After-Hours care BUT they called me back less than an hour later to bring my son in. He was seen by Susan (CPNP) and diagnosed. If she had not got him in - because of the weekend and holiday - he would have had to wait for medication till Tuesday or had an ER visit if he worsened. I am very thankful for the care received by Children's Medical Clinics of East Texas today! We have been patients since 2014.
My children have been going here for years. The care is great. The flexible hours saved my job. His dr. Even saw us on a Sunday. My only two complaints would be wait time, which is at most dr. Offices and the girls in the front office. The ladies that work the front are so rude. They don't always turn their phones on to allow calls on time. I would recommend anyone to bring their children here... Just bring your patience with you.
This place is a freaking fracking effing JOKE!!!!!!!!! No I will not come back on the 16th business day to get my daughters medical records that I paid for, that you also asked for me to pay for again! And that I should have received TODAY on the 15th business day BY LAW! Nothing but a bunch of dumb ass lazy women that can't do there damn job! Good children's clinic. Caring dedicated staff. Treat you well. Can be hard to get through on phone though thus 4 out of 5 stars.
I've bn coming here since my son was born 16 yrs ago n I'm about ready to switch drs. Everytime u call n they r suppose to b open-they r not, or u get a busy signal for an hour, n then when u do get a hold of someone after trying for an hour they r all booked up.....my youngest son had an appt at 2 n we r still sitting here waiting to c a dr....RIDICULOUS N UNACCEPTABLE...
