Outpatient surgery is always a waiting game besides that I was very impressed. After 35 years as a RN I was impressed with the knowledge staff and very patient staff as I was one of the last cases. Everyone was understand about my lack of hearing (I was having a cochlear implants) and exceeded my expectations. Thanks for providing such quality care.

I was born and raised in Tampa. Luckily I was a very healthy child growing up, and into adulthood no hospital visits. We have grown to at least seven other major hospitals in the Tampa area. My first ever overnight stay was a month ago, I had a total knee replacement. I was on the 7th floor. It seemed everyone on the floor was there for hip or knee. The staff is awesome, friendly, and literally held my hand before I was put under. Such a great experience for a not so fun procedure.

Great customer service, great quality care, personable/helpful staff and kept me informed on a level that I could always understand. Thank you to all the Medical Staff, social workers, Therapist, dietary aides, housekeeping, transplant house aide, and the pbx answering service. My dad was in GREAT hands!
