The doctors and staff that worked with me were absolutely incredible. They took the time to go over my procedure and what to expect afterwards; they were so friendly, even the ones who weren't working with me stopped by to say hello; and every one of them was so professional and knew exactly what they were doing. I'm so thankful that I had my procedure at Tampa General.
The Tampa General Liver Transplant team is perfectly content to let patients die. Their communication and overall care given to my sister in her final stages of liver failure were abominable and inexcusable. They sat back and watched her die.
I had a great experience!!! I live in Orlando so usually go to Florida Hospital. I was referred to Tampa General for my parathyroid surgery with Norman Parathyroid Center. All the surgeons & staff at Tampa General were great & respectful. I would recommend the hospital to anyone. Also nothing against students but in the parathyroid center they don't have any students working on you which for my first time having a big surgery made me more comfortable. Definitely the best hospital i have been to hands down ���
