I went to visit my best friends baby in the NICU last week and one of the volunteers was one of the most vile and uncaring people I have ever seen! She snapped at the nursing staff, rolled her eyes at parents, and kept taking her phone out like she was the Director of the hospital and too important to be bothered. I looked at my friend, who shrugged and said she's always like that and usually worse. I felt horrible for the staff and parents that are subjected to this horrible person. Staff always friendly and courteous to my brother abd family when we are there for his procedures.
THIS IS THE ONLY PLACE TO GO WHEN SICK EVERYONE KNOWS THERE JOB AND DO IT WELL BAD DAY OR NOT THEY SMILE STAYED ALL NIGHT IN ICU WITH MY WIFE WE WERE TREATED GREAT ALL NIGHT THANK YA ALL

Me pareció horrible ,el Dr me dio la alta a las 5pm y salí de allí a las 8pm. Esa espera por la enfermera fue horrible
