Whatever you do STAY AWAY from this hospital. The service and care is wthout a doubt the worst I have ever seen. My son went to the emergency room with chest pains at 2:30 and 5 1/2 hours later he has still not been seen. I have been fortunate in my life to be surrounded by many doctors in my family and I get that emergency rooms can be busy but the care, attention, sympathy and concern that he has received has been abysmal. We welcomed our sweet beautiful girl on January 3rd 2018. I never got the chance to thank Tampa General Hospital for the amazing staff that took care of us during our three stay visit! From the nurses to the cafeteria department! It was nerve racking for me to be with a different hospital since we recently moved to Tampa, but you guys are great! Thank you so much for taking care of us! Labor and delivery is fantastic!
Why do you guys hire nurses that wish slow deaths on people? I'd like to talk to someone in the ante partum department about one of their nurses.
I had such a good experience when I was hospitalized . I love the fact that it is a teaching hospital. Since, it's connected with the University of South Florida it is on the cutting edge of disease and health. I feel so fortunate and blessed to have been a patient at TGH. I would not hesitate to undergo surgery here again! The best! Clayman Thyroid center is the best! Dr. Gary Clayman is one of the best thyroid surgeons in the country and he practices here!!!
All around awesome. This is a big hospital with a big heart �!
