have always thought TGH was the finest hospital around. After being hospitalized with Covid 19 I can truly say nothing could be further from the truth. It’s hard to imagine anywhere with less attentive, morexx CD willfully ignorant to your needs and comfort. After threatening to leave AMA today the “head of the Covid unit came to my room and had a sincere conversation with me where he agreed with nearly everything I said. He then left and that conversation and all it’s topics left with him. I acknowledge nursing is a difficu... read more
Great Hospital. Need to be better at communicating with Patients once they have been discharged

Great neurology department
Business response:
Thank you so much for this positive review! We are thrilled to have earned it.
TGH practically ruined my life May 2019. Had a life threatening condition during pregnancy they didn’t diagnose in time. The doctors are incompetent and most of it is ran by USF residents. Thanks for not catching the stroke in time and being detrimental to new moms. Also they didn’t catch a major genetic condition that was inheritable to my daughter and didn’t even know any of my information after it being shared multiple times.

Doulas are an incredibly important part of a birth experience and we should not be forced to choose between our partner and a crucial part of our support team. While I understand the need to alter visitor policies in response to the pandemic, TGH is a "baby friendly" hospital, and with that comes the responsibility of doing what is best by th... read more
Can’t believe what I’m saying, but for the first time we actually like a hospital. From first day filling the paperwork to last day staff, nurses and doctors listened and had respect towards the care of my daughter and that is saying a lot. We thank everyone.
Have had to take my wife here multiple times and also where they delivered our daughters because they are the only ob willing to see high risk pregnancies. However the experiences have been terrible. Every time. There is no sense of urgency. Come in thinking my wife had an infection in her c-section incision. And something going on with her back she had been getting terrible throbbing pain since delivery. They brushed it off and said she was fine. So 3 weeks later we are rushing her to the emergency room there. Come to find ... read more
