They’ve twice removed my father from the Kidney transplant list because they have the wrong number on file, and claim we don’t return calls. Once the day before Thanksgiving and once the day before Christmas. What a terrible way to treat people when it’s their own mistake.

I am truly blown away at the amazing care I received in both the emergency room and during my stay after emergency gallbladder surgery. Every single staff member I came in contact with was truly a blessing. I arrived in the emergency room last week with severe pain that had lasted for an entire week. Very organized to protect from covid. Clean and professional. Thyroid center on 6th floor- they’re awesome. Dr Roy is the best of the best. Get it taken care of and move on with peace of mind! Day one about 8 hrs post op and no need for pain pills yet. Chloroseptic spray and ice cold treats.
