RecommendedI just had surgery three days ago on my arm. Everything was extremely organized. I had a great experience from registration, all my nurses, my surgeon, Drs., my PCT‘s, PACU, environmental, transport and everyone else. I also work for TGH and thank everyone who took care of me❤️
For a so called “emergency” center it was the slowest treatment I’ve ever experienced. Over 2 hours of no contact from anyone besides the time I used the emergency call button in which they said other patiences are being tended too. Do not recommend coming here unless it’s a non-emergency and you have a full day to spare... the absolute worst!

Staff needs to become more accountable for how they treat their patients. That the patients should be accommodated more then the nurses & staff and not be retaliated on when you voice your concerns about your over all health. This is a teaching hospital and if you don't want to learn how to better your skills as a nurse etc. Staff member how to accommodate the patient they really should consider a new career.
See that you are “one of the best hospitals in the country”. Not sure what metric they are using. Told before 10:00 my mother would be released. Still in the room at 16:45 and counting. Am told all because they are setting up a home care evaluation. You do t need her on property to set that up. Especially since she lives in Sebring, so whatever they are going to do, they are not doing it today. I have questions about the new BP medication. Who can I ask. There is no one here to talk to.
