Son goes in with head issues and yet more then 3 hours wait and told that kids with cough had priorities. Ended up having to sign him out and go elsewhere that got him through asap. Poor way to run things. Never will take my child there again.
Horrible! My son had a 105 temp. Horrible cough and puking. Waited 3 plus hrs for a nurse to look at him for 2 min and say it's allergies. Hard to believe since he was diagnosed with the flu earlier at an urgent care. Called urgent care after my son had only gotten worse and they said to rush him to children's medical. NEVER AGAIN. TAKE YOUR CHILD ANYWHERE BESIDES HERE! I'll be calling tomorrow morning to report to the medical board the horrible treatment we received. Awful and out right disgusting. Beyond livid. This is the place to go for children! They love kids; they are silly with the kids and professional with the parents. Great balance. They know what they're doing there!
The staff here is great. When I took my baby to the ER and was admitted they treated us great and got him feeling better. The ER nurse named Summer and night nurse Jennifer were awesome. I pray I'll never have to take him to the hospital again but if it ever happens I know he will be taken care of. Thanks!
The staff (Sleep Study Department) were great with son. I would recommend them to my family and friends

I have been here since 2:00AM, with my child running high fever and throwing up and it's 4:30 and still have yet to get any help! Will never come here again!!!
