Inexcusable and unacceptable. After 6 hours of waiting, no attempt was made to offer care for my child. We were told to go to Dallas Children’s instead, but not to worry because the doctor at Plano had called ahead and arranged our transfer. We were told they’d get us right in once we got to Dallas. However, upon arrival in Dallas we were told no, it would be another 4-7 hours. My child needed care, I thought I did the right thing by bringing him here, but instead he got nothing.

RecommendedEverything is usually fine and dandy but if a patient arrives a hour or so early I strongly recommend seeing that patient instead of having us sit here until actual appointment time . If we show up late past our 15 minute window we’re rescheduled but if we’re early y’all have no problem making us wait instead of rescheduling us I don’t understand the difference.

RecommendedBest care! We were airlifted here and from the minute we entered the ER until discharged a week later, everyone went above and beyond for my sweet girl! Lord willing we will never have to return but if so this is where we want to be. ❤ Thank you Childrens for taking care of the most precious thing to me in the world, for that I am forever grateful!
