For 100 years, the mission of Children's HealthSM has been to make life better for children. Our beginnings in 1913 were humble, but our vision even then was big. Today, our team takes great pride in being the eighth-largest pediatric health care provider in the country, and the only academically affiliated pediatric hospital in the area. Children's Medical Center Dallas is home to the only academic healthcare system in North Texas that is dedicated exclusively to the comprehensive care of children from birth to age 18.

The Dallas wound care team worked us in immediately after my daughter casts were taken off at the Plano facility.
The doctors and staff took wonderful care of my baby girl Mayah before and after her heart surgery!
Verifying the ins was a hassle. People kept saying my ins wasn't verified with my child to be on it. Was not paying attention to the fact that it was old ins that they were looking at, she was switched to my ins with my job. The lady kpt saying she never heard of that ins before. Not my problem that you haven't heard of it. I called my ins and found out she has been verified since the first of the year, so her first appt was canceled because people on their end (children's) wasn't communicating amongst one another.
