For 100 years, the mission of Children's HealthSM has been to make life better for children. Our beginnings in 1913 were humble, but our vision even then was big. Today, our team takes great pride in being the eighth-largest pediatric health care provider in the country, and the only academically affiliated pediatric hospital in the area. Children's Medical Center Dallas is home to the only academic healthcare system in North Texas that is dedicated exclusively to the comprehensive care of children from birth to age 18.

After being transferred from Texarkana for Menegitis in my 5 month old (3 month adjusted) preemie I must say our stay has been wonderful. The nurses and Green team Drs on the 10th floor have been amazing with my little girl. They have kept me informed about every step of her treatment and have made sure I understood what they were doing.

The night staff was horrible once we got registered. I wish I would've known the name of the male nurse that helped us. Poor behavior. My son was running a 103° temp. I hated it overall

I called the clinic at 6:00 pm on Saturday. Don't miss that. 6 pm on a Saturday. The first available appointment was at 11:45 pm. Don't miss that either. Instead of sitting in the ER for the evening, we waited in the comfort of our home and were back home before 1:00 a.m. We received excellent care. I recommend them to anyone. I love this place and these people!
Childrens has been amazing, they keep us informed and we get to be in on rounds. Being from small city we don't have anything like that at our hospital. My grandbaby has infant botulism and rsv. We have been included in every decision and discussion. The nurses are all loving and caring in the PICU. We haven't had one yet that didn't go above and beyond. Thank you CMC for saving our baby.
