For 100 years, the mission of Children's HealthSM has been to make life better for children. Our beginnings in 1913 were humble, but our vision even then was big. Today, our team takes great pride in being the eighth-largest pediatric health care provider in the country, and the only academically affiliated pediatric hospital in the area. Children's Medical Center Dallas is home to the only academic healthcare system in North Texas that is dedicated exclusively to the comprehensive care of children from birth to age 18.

I would like to let people know that children's hospital will not have the clowns any more. It make me really sad. They are great and my daughter loves them. I'm sure there is a lot of other kids that love to have the company of the clowns. Is like having a little of happiness in difficult times. Please don't let the clowns go. Most of them have being working at the hospital for 17 years. Please spread the word. We and our kids want the clowns back!!
Insurance verification is a pain but I'm not entirely sure it's the hospital's fault because sometimes it's hard dealing with the insurance company itself. The staff is great! Attentive and encouraging, really lightening the mood. And I will NEVER be able to say enough about how incredibly awesome the Doctor is! We love us some Dr Ellis!
