Took special care of my baby when her appendix ruptured. Every Doctor, Nurse, and staff are walking angels, and Gods presents can be felt here. Wouldn't want her care from anywhere else!!! God Bless Childrens Medical Center!!!!
We have had many stays here at Childern’s! But this last stay was special! It was the first hospital stay that I was alone! Our nurse Diana D10 neurosurgery nurse was truly amazing! She saw how I was struggling and went above and beyond for me in the middle of the night! She took the extra time to love on my baby so momma could get it together and just breathe. That memory will stay with me forever!!!!

I have had good experiences here with my son, but it took one bad one to ruin it for me! He woke up screaming with a fever over 103 so we come to the ER and he’s sent to the “fast track” clinic. The waiting area is full of screaming, sick children who have to wait for two+ hours just to be taken back from the waiting room!!!! Are you kidding me?! Surely there has to be a better system in place!!!
Huge shout out to the paramedics from Children’s Medical-Dallas that came to pick up my daughter from a different hospital and transport her to Children’s for surgery. They were amazing with my 1 year old during a traumatic time. I only got one of their names...Tommy. I wish I could write handwritten thank you cards to them but I’ll at least do this review. I can’t thank them enough.
Horrible! Don't know whY in Emergency Department it's called Fast Track area when there is fever present! We have sat here since 11:40a and not until I complained about sitting for over 2 hrs, they called us back, after numerous people that came after us were seen before us! Now back in room and the Dr says it will take ano hour to get test results back. No one from beginning to now has checked her temp to know if it's higher than 103 or not, which is what it has been running for 2 days, no one has have any meds to get fever... read more
I will forever be grateful for the D7 NICU staff! We had our ups & downs over our 6 month stay, but I would not have traded it for the world. Thank you for loving my baby & taking care of us. I am so glad that my son was able to be able loved & cared for by amazing NICU staff & nurses during his short time with us. Thank you all so much, for everything!��
