In this day and time of identity theft, you call my house asking for my child’s name, dob and address before you’ll give me test results? Then hang up on me when I say “ you called me, I don’t just give that out!” Seems a better system needs to be implemented here!
Dr. Kim is wonderful, but everyone else is very unpleasant. While there, not one person greeted me. Never heard a hello or a thank you the whole time. One employee was constantly rolling her eyes at a patient while she trying to discharge them. I expected better.
We travel from Oklahoma for the food allergy clinic. We have had excellent experience every time we come. From the doctor, nurses, dietician, techs, IV team, physician assistants, etc.
Shout out to the staff at Children’s Dallas for making my baby feel so special. In the hospital on your first birthday is no fun! � But the nursing staff (and some others) came in and sang to him, decorated his room in Mickey Mouse decor (his favorite), and even gave him gifts to open! What an amazing experience! Thank you all so much and keep up the great work �
This was my worst experience ever. I took my 1 1/2 year old daughter on friday early morning around 2. My daughter had very high fever. Soo they tell me they are going to do the flu test on her, 10-15 seconds after the lady left she comes back and tells me they are no longer doing the flu test but my daughter in fact has the flu just cause her high fever, and they give me tamiflu.
