We have been at the hospital for 9 days now, the first few days, we spent down in the OBS unit, the staff down there, went above & beyond for my son, who is only a month old, i have been to so many hospital and doctors, I have never ever been treated more better, even through he is no longer under there care, they still made a point to check on him and make sure we both are doing okay, I just wanted to say thank you from the bottom of my heart for being amazing, caring , loving Doctors & Nurses, there isn’t to many good peop... read more
I was hoping to receive a press ganey survey to fill out but, have not. Dr Shelton and his PA Kristen Jarvis were both excellent with my daughter. Small health issue that really has nothing to do with neurology. Both providers are still taking care of the problem and haven’t referred us to someone else. (Will if needed) I feel like we have met a DR who really takes care of his patients. I would recommend him to anyone.

Stop neglecting people and children. UPMC Children's is neglecting my daughter who has serious life threatening health problems and this hell place refuses to treat and help us
They were super nice to my son who had a procedure done on Tuesday and gave him toys just to help him calm down
