The Complex Care Clinic has just given me peace of mind. In 13 years having a special needs kiddo, it’s the first time I’ve experienced this. I am beyond grateful that we were able to move here to Pittsburgh.
The care is wonderful. However, the Scheduling is terrible. I'll call and leave messages and not get a call back for days. Also, the wait times can take very long. I wish they would have toys in the examination rooms to give kids things to do while you wait (sometimes a very long time) for our doctor. Children's really need to improve their scheduling service!
I got bite all up by bed bugs while staying overnight & sleeping on the couch bed & when I asked my son's nurse at the time to take a look at my skin she told me that it was from dry skin and brought me some lotion now if that ain't stereotypeing I don't know what is. I was in room 828 B unit 8fl.
