The Emergency Room staff today was excellent. The doctors & nurses were very thorough & friendly.
My son had an appt. today at 9 am. We waited MONTHS for this appt. We arrive early, get registered to only then find out that Dr. Sitwat is on jury duty! We drove 45 minutes one way to find this out. The staff apologized, and told us they were working on getting him the SOONEST appt. I received a call from the schedulers, only for them to tell me my son can be seen in July!! Thanks for the favor�
My 1 year old daughter had a cyst on the back of her head removed and I could not be more pleased with the care we received from all of those who took care of our girl. Dr. Malek was amazing and all of the other doctors, nurses, and anesthesiologist we're also amazing and so comforting. We are blessed to be able to say she was in such wonderful hands. I just want to say thank you all for everything you do!
Outstanding care. I take comfort in the fact that my 3 week old son is in the care of some of the best doctors, nurses, and staff I have ever seen. The staff here go out of their way to make sure my son and us are well taken care of. The emergency department here is incredible. I can't say enough about the staff here. We made our first visit to the ER today. Our son was diagnosed with Croup. The front staff at check in were okay, the registration woman was not the friendliest, but the nurse at check in was quick to assess and listen to our babies lungs. We sat in the waiting room maybe 10 mins. Very quick service. Once we got back to an exam room, it was all quick from there. Our nurse was very nice and took all vitals and listened to him again. Thank you for always helping my daughter anytime I’ve ever needed to bring her! And thank you for properly diagnosing her illness yesterday after we went 4 days of treatment for a misdiagnosis. The nurses and doctors listened to us, started from scratch on the exams, and helped my child who had been very sick and running a fever for 4 straight days. You guys are the best. Everyone is amazing there! The neurology department is top notch too!!! We love you!
